Product Availability
We do everything we can to ensure that the items shown on the site are available at the time of your order, and that you are able to get your order when you want it. We will immediately notify you via E-Mail of when we expect to ship your order if it is beyond our normal processing time. At that time, if you wish to cancel or change your order, just let us know through our contact us email form or by calling 1-800-955-6221 to speak with a customer service representative.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of their receipt. Shipping time averages 3-5 business days*. Therefore, your order should arrive within 5-8 BUSINESS days* of it's placing. All products that feature guaranteed delivery times are defined in business days* Delays can be caused by stock shortages, holidays, and weather conditions but we make every effort to keep you informed of any isues that may arise to delay your purchase. (*Business days are defined as Monday Through Friday, except for Holidays. Please note that 8 business days can be as many as 12 calendar days depending on how weekends and holidays fall.)
Shipping Methods
Warehouse items are shipped by U.S. Mail or Fedex at our discretion, and drop ship items may be shipped by USPS, UPS, Federal Express, or DHL. You will receive order confirmations with tracking numbers if assigned. (Tracking numbers are usually, but not always available, depending on the vendor and/or shipping method) If you order more than one product, your order may arrive in different packages and at different times.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are based on the weight of the shipment. Rate checks are available in "View Shopping Cart" mode to check shipping rates before checkout. Rates are also available at the time of check out.
